Powerful Software – The Key Difference

In combination with our photo-optical probes, our software package provides you with all the required control measures from image acquisition to image analysis and data evaluation/reporting. The SOPAT software consists of the following individual modules:

With the integrated Probe Control you have a powerful tool to generate live images using different control functions to manipulate the image quality. Acquire images directly from your process and store them on the hard disc drive of the reliable SOPAT workstation for immediate image analysis and/or later use.

The unique architecture of the image analysis algorithms allows you a flexible and automated image analysis of the obtained image material. The SOPAT Batcher can process your images in parallel mode, whilst the Monitor is ideal for connecting the SOPAT system to your process control system (PCS). Using our workflows, all necessary steps are automated: from image acquisition, to analysis and the presentation of the results.

The included comprehensive SOPAT software manual clearly explains the individual operating instructions. Video tutorials support you in familiarizing yourself with our software. And our support team is there to help you when you need it.

The SOPAT software is dynamically and continuously developed to make your process control even more efficient. We are constantly updating our software to make usable, improved versions and adapt it to our customers´ needs.
